What do you charge and how often do you bill?  We charge $100.00 per hour. Our invoices are mailed monthly and include the nature of charge such as correspondence preparation; coordination with accounting, legal and health professionals; transportation or any other client directed activity. We also charge for materials the client has asked us to provide such as postage or office supplies.  Top of Page



Do you charge for transportation?  Not for to and from regularly scheduled weekly appointments. We do charge if the trip is related to client requests/service such as doctors’ appointments or visits to local social service agencies and Social Security.  Top of Page



How long have you been doing this and do you provide references?  30 years.  Yes—upon request and with prior notification/permission from the reference.  Top of Page



Do you work in retirement/assisted living communities?  Absolutely and references are available from clients and facility administrators.  Top of Page



What areas do you serve?  The northern counties of Virginia:  Arlington; Fairfax; and Cities of Fairfax, Alexandria and Falls Church. We do not accept clients in other areas including the District of Columbia.  Top of Page



Are you licensed, insured and bonded?  Yes—all three.  Top of Page



Are you a member of any professional organizations?  Absolutely.  We are members of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, the National Council of Aging and the American Society on Aging. Additionally, Pete is a member of the American Association of Daily Money Managers and is a member of their Board of Directors. Pete has served on two national certification boards. He is also a member of Business Networking International, Lions International and the Springfield Chamber of Commerce. What training have you received?  Undergraduate, graduate and post graduate degrees. Graduate of the National Endowment for Financial Education and the College of Financial Planning. Pete has completed course certification requirements for all the organizations which require it in addition to a three year review of performance and knowledge. He is one of only 42 certified professional daily money managers in the United States and receives continuing education annually.  Top of Page



Do you charge for initial visits?  No.  There is no charge for initial consultations or intake interviews.  Top of Page



Is there a minimum contract period for service?  No.  However, for appointments involving over one hour of transportation time, a two hour slot is the minimum at the hourly rate. Top of Page
